Marketore

Terms of Service

By accessing or using Marketore you agree to these terms. They cover your rights as a buyer, seller and affiliate on the platform, and the rules that keep the marketplace fair for everyone.

Last updated: October 2026

Updated 15 October 2026: section 3 now spells out that the licence sellers grant Marketore to promote their products includes Marketore's affiliates, and the new section 4 says how affiliates may use product images and details. Both apply from 15 October 2026.

1. Using the marketplace

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account, including keeping your password confidential.

You may not use Marketore to distribute malware, infringe third-party rights, resell purchased assets as-is, or circumvent our review, moderation or payment systems.

2. Purchases and downloads

All sales are final once a download has been initiated. If a product is misrepresented, broken or not as described, contact support within 14 days and we will work with the seller on a refund or replacement.

Downloaded files remain accessible from your Downloads page for the lifetime of your account. We recommend keeping a local backup of anything you depend on.

3. Selling on Marketore

Sellers retain full ownership of their work and grant Marketore a non-exclusive license to host, distribute and promote listed products. You may remove products at any time; existing buyers retain download access.

Promotion includes Marketore's affiliates: this licence lets Marketore allow its affiliates to use your listings' images (the original uploads included), text and prices, and your shop name, logo and public profiles, to promote your products anywhere and in any form, as long as the promotion leads to the product on Marketore (section 4). It never gives anyone your product's files: using a product itself always takes a licence bought on Marketore. If you find your files shared or used without a licence, report it through the Support page.

Sellers are paid twice monthly via the payout method on file. Marketore retains a platform fee disclosed on your shop dashboard.

4. Promoting products as an affiliate

Marketore affiliates earn a commission on the sales they bring. To promote products listed on Marketore you may use everything Marketore shows about them — their images in every size (the original uploads included), titles, descriptions, prices, tags and details, and their sellers' names, logos and public profiles — anywhere and in any form: on your website, in newsletters, videos and ads, and on any social network. Edit, crop, combine and caption them however you like.

The one condition is that your promotion leads to the product on Marketore through your affiliate link or short link, so the sale is credited to you. This permission covers promoting products; it does not hand over the products themselves — using a product's files in your own work takes a licence bought on Marketore, because they belong to the sellers who made them.

5. Prohibited content

Submissions that are unlawful, plagiarised, deceptive, discriminatory, or sexually exploitative will be removed and the author's account suspended. Repeated violations may result in forfeiture of pending payouts.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Marketore after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
