Bigre is a contemporary display sans serif typeface that takes its name from the fusion of “Big” and “Ogre,” reflecting its massive presence and bold personality. With oversized proportions, smooth curves, and playful quirks, Bigre balances power with a sense of fun. Each letterform is carefully crafted to evoke a chunky, almost monstrous strength while still retaining a friendly and approachable charm. The exaggerated terminals and rounded counters contribute to its unique character, making it stand out from conventional geometric sans serifs.

This font is designed for visual impact, thriving in large-scale applications such as posters, billboards, editorial headlines, and branding identities that seek to be both memorable and distinctive. Its heavy weight ensures visibility from afar, while the subtle whimsical details add a layer of originality that prevents it from feeling rigid or overly serious. Bigre celebrates boldness and creativity, embodying the spirit of design that dares to be loud, playful, and unapologetically expressive.
